Smart Commerce

Overview

The tools other platforms sell as add-on apps, built into every store.

Recommendations, reviews, loyalty, cart recovery, fraud checks and more share your products, orders and customers, so they work together with nothing to install or pay extra for.

Recommendations

Every shopper sees products picked for them.

Your store learns what each shopper browses and buys, and shows them products they're likely to want next, never things they already own. New visitors see your featured products instead, and the picks sharpen on their own as your store gets busier.

Example request

Add a “Picked for you” row to the homepage and product pages.

Post-purchase offers

One more sale, right after checkout.

The order confirmation page suggests a few extras that go with what was just bought. Shoppers add them to the same order in one tap, with no second checkout, and everything ships together. It catches people at the moment they're most ready to buy.

Show what's popular right now.

Spot the products picking up speed from recent sales, views and saves, and put them in front of shoppers. A trending row keeps your store feeling lively and nudges hesitant shoppers toward what others are already buying.

Search that understands what shoppers mean.

Shoppers can search the way they talk, like “a gift under $50”, “newest first” or “earrings, not silver”, and get the right products back instantly, even when they don't use your exact product names. Fewer searches end in “no results”, and more end in a sale.

Bundles

Frequently bought together, from your own orders.

Show shoppers what usually goes with the product they're looking at, based on what your customers actually buy together. It's one of the easiest ways to turn one item into two, and the suggestions fill in as your store gets busier.

Example request

Add a “Frequently bought together” section to every product page.

Build loyalty

Reviews

Ratings and reviews from real buyers.

Customers who bought a product can leave a star rating and a written review. Because only buyers can review, each product's average rating is something new shoppers can trust, and the feedback tells you what to improve.

Loyalty

Reward customers for coming back.

Customers earn points on every order and spend them as a discount at checkout. Tiers give your best customers more as they spend more, and emails keep them up to date on their points, so they have a reason to come back to you rather than shop around.

Example request

Set up a loyalty program: 1 point per dollar, and 100 points is $5 off.

Win shoppers back

Cart recovery

Bring back shoppers who left items in their cart.

When a shopper leaves without checking out, they get a friendly email from your store with a link straight back to their cart. The email is written in your brand voice and sent from your own domain, and it quietly recovers sales you'd otherwise lose.

Example request

Turn on cart recovery and rewrite the email in our brand voice.

Notifications

The right email at the right moment.

Reach shoppers when it matters: a product they looked at, wishlist items still waiting, a reminder to reorder, or an alert when something they want is back in stock or drops in price. You choose which of these to send.

Protect your store

Fraud protection

Catch risky orders before they ship.

Every order is checked at checkout. Risky ones are flagged with a plain explanation, and you decide: cancel it, or fulfil anyway. No fraud expertise needed, and it's on from day one.

Returns & exchanges

Easy returns that can keep the sale.

Customers request returns from your site, and you approve each one. Before choosing a refund, they're shown replacements they might like instead, so many returns become exchanges and the revenue stays with you.
